I'm a repeat customer of Drip Auto Spa in Highland . I'd say I come here every other week in order to keep my 2020 Ford Escape SEL nice and shiny. Whilst I'm always happy with the car wash here, the vacuums sometimes are not on! This is to my chagrin of course, as it's imperative to vacuum a car out after it gets washed. I guess some days the vacuum is on, and some days it's not and that's just the nature of it.

Absolutely blown away by Drip Auto Spa! From the moment I pulled in, the service was top-notch. My car came out looking better than the day I bought it — the attention to detail is unreal. The staff was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. If you haven’t tried Drip Auto Spa yet, you’re seriously missing out. This is now my go-to spot and I won’t be going anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I honestly cannot wait until they open tomorrow, because I’m canceling my membership. This location has become a complete mess. When I first started coming here, I actually loved it. That’s why I paid for the Diamond Wash membership, which is supposed to include tire shine. But since last year, the service has been way too inconsistent. Some days I get a pre-wash, some days I don’t. The tire shine is hit or miss. The vacuums almost never work. The employees are nonchalant, slow, and act like they don’t care. Today, I sat there calling the store while literally watching employees look at the phone ringing and ignore it. That was enough for me. I pay for a membership, so I expect the services I’m paying for to actually be available and done correctly. I’m not considering taking my business somewhere else. I’m doing it. I’ll be taking my business back to The Wash up the street.

I love the Diamond car wash it leaves my car so beautiful and shiny like a new. This place has sand remover machine and the vacuums are good enough to remove everything. Lastly, the place is always clean and peaceful.
